  custumer service is ok
  products are good when done right ...
  the wait is ridiculus
  waited 35 minutes to get 2 poutines wich they had to change my order because they had no more turkey and neither stuffing ... as usual
  and we took the donair one as well ... no cheese in in and putted onions when they actualy took the time to ask if we wanted some or not and we didnt want any onions in it
  and there coffee was awful ...
  my plate was good and it is the only reason i give them 2 stars
  but out of that
  in general
  bad experience
  luckly enough they offered to have a free poutine in next visit but we wont go back there again ...
